Michael Abbott

(Biochemistry, B.S., ‘94)

Abbott is the vice president of engineering for Apple, Inc., former general partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and former vice president of engineering at Twitter.

Seybolt was appointed as the deputy undersecretary of the U.S. Air Force for International Affairs after having recently served as director of International Affairs and foreign policy advisor for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Chen is co-founder and chairman of Innovation Quest (iQ) and the retired vice president and general manager of the Cable & Wireless Platform Division of Cisco Systems.

Bickel is the president and owner of RPS Holdings, Inc. after having started his career in 1982 at what is now Rantec Power Systems, Inc.

Jon N. Monett

(Industrial Engineering, B.S., '64)

Monett served in the U.S. Air Force and the Central Intelligence Agency, and later founded the College of Engineering’s Quality of Life Plus Laboratory (QL+).
