Scott F. Gaudineer
(Architecture, B.S., '79)
Scott F. Gaudineer graduated in 1979 with a bachelor’s in architecture and in 1980 with a BAR in architecture. Gaudineer was a founding member of the Daedalus Chapter of Alpha Rho Chi at Cal Poly, participated in the student senate, and co-chaired the College of Architecture & Environmental Design Student Council. He was a member of the National Honor Society and a Julia Morgan-Phoebe Hearst scholarship recipient. As the President/CEO of Flewelling & Moody, he has overseen the implementation of numerous K-12 and higher education buildings throughout the state. Gaudineer is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Trustee Division of the State Architect Advisory Board. He received the Presidential Citation from the AIA California Council in 2013. Gaudineer served as chair of the College of Architecture and Environmental Design Dean’s Leadership Council from 2011-2015 and he and his wife, Leslie (Social Sciences, ‘80) are long-time supporters of the college.
