Diplomas

Review by Evaluations begins one week after the end of finals week and continues for at least six weeks. After your degree is posted, it will take approximately three weeks for delivery to your address.

Diplomas are sent via USPS to your mailing address. Please update your mailing address through my.calpoly.edu before you leave Cal Poly. Diplomas cannot be forwarded.

You will receive one complimentary diploma approximately three weeks after Evaluations awards your degree. Additional diplomas may be ordered through Online Diploma Service, our official diploma vendor. 

We extend our deepest condolences to Cal Poly alumni impacted by the recent wildfires in Los Angeles. Alumni can order a replacement diploma that was lost or damaged due to wildfire, free of charge, through the Online Diploma Service. Contact the Office of the Registrar with any questions.

Transcript Request Instructions

Navigate to the Registrar’s Office for transcript requests.

Note: you are a former student if it has been more than eight terms since you last attended Cal Poly. You are a current or recent student if you are currently enrolled, or if your last term of attendance was not more than eight quarters from the present term.
