Alumni of the program are invited to celebrate a legacy of Learn by Doing!

Cal Poly Quarter Horse Enterprise alumni are invited to a special reception following the sale preview on Friday, May 29 from 5:30-7 p.m. Join us at the Cal Poly Alumni House (Bldg. 28 on the corner of Crandall and Campus Way) as we celebrate a legacy of Learn by Doing and horsemanship.

Whether you knew it as the Quarter Horse Enterprise or the Ranch Horse Enterprise, we hope you'll join fellow alumni and current students to recognize this milestone for one of the most unique academic experiences at Cal Poly.

Special guests include Animal Science Department Head George Gallagher and current Performance Horse Sale advisor and Animal Science Lecturer Lou Moore-Jacobson. Also joining us is retired Animal Science Lecturer Mike Lund – a figurehead in the program for more than 20 years.

The event is FREE to attend and includes appetizers from Nick the Greek, non-alcoholic beverages and wine and beer. Remarks will begin at 6 p.m.
