Join fellow Minnesota Mustangs to celebrate Cal Poly's founding date on Saturday, March 8, at noon, at Kona Grill (11997 Single Tree Lane, Eden Praire, MN 55344).
On March 8, 1901, Governor Henry Gage signed legislation establishing Cal Poly. This exciting announcement came after a group of local citizens led by journalist Myron Angel had been lobbying for a state school in San Luis Obispo since 1894.
Alumni are throwing it back this year — wind up your disposable cameras, break out your vintage Cal Poly gear and get ready to share in your nostalgia!
Drinks and food are no-host but please register for a special swag item. This family-friendly event is open to Cal Poly alumni, supporters and guests.
