Join the Cal Poly Alumni Los Angeles Community to welcome the newest cohort of Cal Poly students from 10 a.m. to noon, Sunday, August 2nd, at Brookside Park, Picnic Area F & G (360 N. Arroyo Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91103).

Cal Poly incoming students, their parents and supporters and alumni will mix and mingle while enjoying the summer sun and light snacks and beverages. It's a chance for the newest additions to the Mustang Community to meet and ask questions about life at Cal Poly from alumni who are eager to share their wisdom and knowledge, while parents and supporters get to know the local alumni network that helps graduates stay connected to each other and Cal Poly.

Tickets are free for incoming students and $11 for adults/supporters, which include lite bites and non-alcoholic beverage options. Guests are also welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages and food items. Event proceeds will help cover the cost of food and swag bags for new students so they can arrive on campus showing their Mustang pride.

Attendees are encouraged to wear green and gold to celebrate this exciting milestone for new students.

Tickets are on sale through Wednesday, July 29, or until sold out.
