SUSTAINABILITY WEEKEND ACTIVITIES

Cal Poly Alumni Networking Reception

Friday, April 25, 5-7 p.m.

Cal Poly alumni are invited to a reception at the Cal Poly Alumni House (Bldg. 28 on the corner of Campus and Crandall Way) to network with fellow Mustangs working or interested in sustainability. Tickets to the reception are $10 and include light appetizers, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Registered attendees also receive a special Cal Poly swag item. This is a 21+ event open to alumni, supporters, and Cal Poly faculty and staff.

Morro Bay Beach Clean-Up

Saturday, April 26, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Alumni, friends, faculty, staff and current Cal Poly students can team up to help clean up Morro Rock Beach (Coleman Dr, Morro Bay, CA 93442). We're providing participants with nitrile gloves and reusable bags to use for picking up litter. You can also recharge with complimentary snacks and bring your reusable water bottle to fill up at our hydration station. The beach clean-up is FREE to attend, but we kindly request you RSVP so we have an accurate headcount for supplies. This is an all-ages event, but minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
