The Cal Poly Alumni — Boston Community invites you to celebrate Cal Poly's founding date on Saturday, March 8, at 6:15 p.m., at City Winery (80 Beverly Street, Boston, MA, 02114).

On March 8, 1901, Governor Henry Gage signed legislation establishing Cal Poly. This exciting announcement came after a group of local citizens led by journalist Myron Angel had been lobbying for a state school in San Luis Obispo since 1894.

Alumni are throwing it back this year — wind up your disposable cameras, break out your vintage Cal Poly gear and get ready to share in your nostalgia! 

This event is $20 to attend and includes appetizers, a wine flight or cocktail and a special swag item. This event is open to Cal Poly alumni and guests.
