HERITAGE WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
Cal Poly Alumni Networking Reception, Friday, May 16, 5-6:30 p.m.
Cal Poly alumni are invited to a reception at the Cal Poly Alumni House (Bldg. 28 on the corner of Campus and Crandall Way) to network with fellow Mustangs and celebrate APIDA Heritage Month. Hear from leaders in the community and enjoy a special performance from Cal Poly's Japanese Student Association Genkey band. Tickets to the reception are $15 and include light appetizers, beer, wine, seltzer and non-alcoholic beverages. This is a 21+ event open to all alumni, supporters and Cal Poly faculty and staff.
Heritage Showcase and Celebration, Saturday, May 17, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
On Saturday, the Alumni House comes to life with vibrant performances from student groups, delicious food and great company. Alumni, friends, faculty, staff and current Cal Poly students are invited to this all-ages, family-friendly event. You will also have the chance to meet the Cal Poly Alumni — APIDA Community volunteer leaders to learn more about the growing community. Tickets are $5 and include a pad Thai lunch, non-alcoholic beverages, a special gift and more!
