Have you lost touch with a classmate or are you looking to reconnect with an old friend?
Your Alumni Association can help you! This service is provided free to alumni association members ONLY, thanks to membership dues in the Alumni Association.

How it works:

Use the form below to fill in your contact information, which will be sent to the classmate so they can contact you.
Fill out as much information as you know on the person you are trying to locate.
Click the “Submit Request” button at the bottom of the form to send the request to the Alumni Association.
If we can locate the person, we will send them a letter with your contact information via e-mail or regular mail and they will have the opportunity to contact you (view Sample Letter, PDF).
We will notify you within two weeks if they are not listed in the university database or if contact information is unavailable.

Quick Search Tip: If you have a Free Lifetime E-mail Forwarding account, you can search the online database for alumni with Lifetime E-mail Forwarding addresses and contact them directly. (You must be a Cal Poly alum to use the system.)
