FANS (Friends and Alumni Network of Supporters of the Cal Poly Theatre Program) promotes education in theatre, recognizes and encourages the valuable lifetime skills realized through the academic classes and laboratory theatre experience at Cal Poly. Members provide information and interaction between students and alumni, support fund-raising efforts, provide ongoing support to the theatre program, and connect students with the theatre community and the entertainment industry.

Friends of WOW (FOW)

The Friends of WOW Chapter is designed for alumni who were involved with the Week of Welcome Orientation Program. The chapter goals are to support the WOW program by helping past participants keep in contact with one another and by educating new WOW leaders about the history and traditions of the program. The mission is to continue to make new students feel welcome to the Cal Poly community and help WOW produce quality leaders.

Graphic Communication

The GrC Alumni Chapter has been organized to promote and support the interaction between the alumni and students of the Graphic Communication Department. The chapter plans and coordinates activities that will promote a spirit of fellowship and social well-being between the GrC alumni and students as well as promote fund-raising and other events that will support student endeavors in the department. The chapter’s activities are designed to create communication among alumni, students and the GrC Department.
