A Message from the Director
Welcome to the official Cal Poly Alumni Association Web site. This site has been designed especially for you, our Cal Poly alumni. It’s intended to provide you with information and services to help you stay connected with your alma mater.
The mission of the Cal Poly Alumni Association is to engage and serve alumni, foster a lifelong connection between the University and its alumni and to foster goodwill and support for the University.
We do this through many venues including our regional and special interest chapter programs, our publications and electronic communications (especially our e-mail network), membership benefits and services, continuing education opportunities, GOLD programs and activities and outreach to current and potential students.
We are a membership organization representing over 130,000 alumni and are supported by over 12,000 fellow Mustangs who have joined the Alumni Association. Membership dues support programs such as those mentioned above, as well as other activities including student scholarships, faculty awards, Homecoming, Open House/Poly Royal, the online e-mail directory and even this Web site.
The future holds many challenges and great promises for Cal Poly. As a unified alumni organization our goals are to provide ongoing support for the University, to serve as advocates for this great institution and to assist Cal Poly in maintaining it’s reputation for excellence and preserving the advantage of a "learn by doing" educational experience.
